At Psychoflakes Counselling Centre we have a dedicated team of therapists who support and guide individuals through their mental health journey. We recognize that every individual has unique needs and experiences, which is why we utilize multiple approaches to tailor our therapy sessions to each client’s needs.

Our team includes therapists who have their Masters in Counselling/Clinical Psychology with specialized training and expertise in a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and more.
